Through this presentation, Dr Kellie Rose will explore the physical impacts of burnout and stress and practical strategies to identify and address/prevent these symptoms. Participants from the session will gain insight and knowledge of practical strategies that they can individually implement to reduce the physical impacts of stress and burnout. The presentation will conclude with an open Q&A session.

Dr Kellie is a Health and Performance Strategist, Coach, Speaker, and Founder of Dr Kellie Rose.
Dr Kellie is on a mission to equip leaders and professionals with science-backed strategies to break the cycle of burnout and cultivate peak health and performance. With firsthand experience of a debilitating burnout in her own career, Dr Kellie is passionate about empowering change-makers – the executives, leaders and young professionals - to maximise their health and performance to amplify their impact in their business, industry, and life.
Prior to this, Dr Kellie worked for over a decade with Olympic athletes globally, supporting them to achieve medal-winning performances on the international stage, including the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, and World and European Championships. She then transitioned out of sport and into business, where she now brings her skills in health and performance optimisation to the corporate athletes of the business world.
